My psychotherapy style relies on emotional and cognitive processing, somatic interventions, and neurobiological approaches to help identify and overcome the barriers in your path to healthy functioning and wellness. We will develop your capacity for honest self-reflection and tune into emotions, beliefs, and values to help regain balance and skillfully navigate your life course.

Sessions will also help you gain insight into the unconscious patterns of thought or behavior that are holding you back from your goals. A psychodynamic approach is helpful to understanding experiences we often call self-sabotage, or when we feel “stuck in a rut” but can’t find the way out. Therapy, as an historically psychodynamic process, can illuminate unconscious conditioned patterns of thoughts and behaviors to help restore meaning and sense of purpose after a time of difficulty.
