Jessica Olstad, LICSW, SUDP, is a licensed clinical social worker and substance use disorder professional, specializing in individual therapy for mental health, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addictive disorders in Washington state. Prior to private practice, Jessica worked in outpatient community mental health settings in Washington state, providing individual and group psychotherapy for people experiencing mental health distress, trauma, or addictions. With a background in early education and developmental disability services, Jessica returned to school in her early 30’s for clinical social work, acquiring experience to help reduce suffering for people experiencing mental health and addictive disorders.
Peony Therapy Services was established in 2023, and offers accessible, insurance-based, individual mental health support to adults from the comfort of your home, or wherever you may be able to squeeze an hour out of your day, to give yourself some time to be "you."
